Terms and Conditions

1. Company information

GoSoft Realty is a SaaS platform developed, operated and commercialised by IA TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE LTDA, a company incorporated in the Federative Republic of Brazil, with registered offices in São Paulo.

Origin and corporate history

The operation began in Bolivia in 2018, with the incorporation of INTELIGENCIATECHNOLOGYCOMPANY S.R.L. in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, registered with the Bolivian Commercial Registry (FUNDEMPRESA). The first versions of the system were developed there, serving the first real estate projects in the region.

In 2026, in order to serve clients across Latin America under a single legal and operational framework, IA TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE LTDA was incorporated in Brazil. It is today the contracting entity for GoSoft Realty, responsible for providing the service, for invoicing and for processing information, as set out in the jurisdiction clause and in the Privacy Policy.

Contracting entity — Brazil

Entity of origin — Bolivia

Entity responsible towards the client. Regardless of the country in which the client is located, GoSoft Realty is contracted with IA TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE LTDA (Brazil), the only entity authorised to issue quotations, receive payments and provide the service.

2. Ecosystem and official channels

The GoSoft ecosystem consists of the following sites and applications. These are the only official channels: any site, application, account or communication not listed here does not belong to IA Technology Software LTDA.

Faced with any communication invoking the name of GoSoft or IA Technology Software that does not come from these channels, the client must verify through the contact channels listed at the end of this document before acting, particularly where a payment, credentials or the installation of any software is requested.

3. Contracting model

GoSoft Realty is commercialised under a SaaS (software as a service) model. As this is a frequent source of questions, the following is expressly clarified:

• No physical or digital document is signed. There is no bilateral contract, promissory note, purchase order or equivalent instrument between the parties.
• The relationship is formed through electronic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy, which the client expresses by submitting information for the free evaluation and by logging into the system.
• What the client acquires is a licence to use the cloud-hosted platform. The client does not acquire the software, its source code, or a development of its own.
• While the licence is in force, the client uses the system. Once expired and not renewed, access is limited in accordance with the suspension clause.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the prices published at gosoft.app, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior communication, proposal or conversation.

IA Technology Software LTDA operates from Brazil and commercialises the platform throughout Latin America under this same model, without distinction as to the client's country.

4. Service definition

GoSoft Realty is a cloud-based software platform aimed at companies in the real-estate sector, specialized in managing sales of land lots, subdivisions, cemeteries and real-estate developments.

The system offers, among others, the following features:

• Reservations and quotations on an interactive dynamic plan.
• Automated generation of PDF sale contracts.
• Configurable payment plans, with or without interest.
• Recording of receipts and payments.
• Accounts-receivable management and automatic late-fee calculation.
• Calculation of commissions for salespeople and promoters.
• Management reports exportable to MS Excel.
• Optional integration with Google Drive for storage of contractual documents (Section 5).

What the service does not include. To avoid misinterpretation, it is placed on record that IA Technology Software LTDA does not sell the source code of GoSoft Realty, nor does it deliver installers or executable files for computers, phones or tablets. The service consists exclusively of access to the cloud platform under an annual licence paid in advance.

API integration

The platform exposes an integration API, whose technical documentation is published at realty.gosoft.app/docs/. It allows the client's systems to query contract and receipt information.

• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable and are issued by IA Technology Software LTDA at the client's request.
• The client is responsible for safeguarding its credentials and for all use made with them.
• The development, operation and maintenance of any integration built by the client, or by third parties engaged by the client, are its own responsibility.
• IA Technology Software LTDA may set usage limits and may modify or version the API, announcing changes through the official documentation.

5. Free evaluation and training

Before contracting, the client has access to a 30-day free evaluation set up with its own information, so that the system can be tested under real conditions.

To enable it, the client sends IA Technology Software LTDA:

• Company name and logo.
• Project name and logo.
• Project or subdivision plan in PDF format.
• Property inventory spreadsheet, with neighbourhood unit, block, plot number and code, title reference, area and price per square metre.

Submitting that information constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. It is used solely to set up and operate the evaluation, and for no other purpose.

Training. Before the evaluation begins, IA Technology Software LTDA trains the client's staff in the use of the system by video call. The session is recorded and the recording is delivered to the client for internal reference.

At the end of the 30 days the client may contract the licence. Where a price negotiation takes place, it must be agreed within that period, and payment must be made immediately upon expiry of the evaluation in order to maintain access.

Where the client does not contract, the information submitted for the evaluation —plan, inventory spreadsheet and logos— is deleted together with the trial environment, with IA Technology Software LTDA retaining no copy. The same applies to the training recording, which is delivered to the client and not retained.

6. Conditions of use and users

Access to and use of the system require compliance with the following conditions:

• Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy.
• Active annual license contracted with IA Technology Software LTDA.
• Truthful and up-to-date data provided by the client at the time of registration and throughout the contract.

Access to the system is subject to internal validations and may be suspended without prior notice in case of misuse, breach of these terms or non-payment of the active license.

The client is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all actions performed under their account.

Client users. The client is responsible for creating and administering the user accounts of its staff. Each user sets their own password and registers their email address and mobile number.

• The system places no limit on the number of users: the licence price does not depend on how many people use it.
• Permissions are configured by module and by business unit, so the scope of each user is determined by the client.
• The email address of a user with a password is unique and cannot be repeated.
• The use or misuse of those accounts, and the information each user records, is the exclusive responsibility of the client that created them.
• The client undertakes to immediately deactivate the accounts of staff who cease working for it.
• Sharing credentials between individuals is prohibited.

IA Technology Software LTDA cannot see or recover any user's password: passwords are stored using irreversible encryption. Where forgotten, a password can only be reset.

7. Geographical scope of access

For security reasons, access to the platform is enabled only from the American continent: North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America, from the United States to Argentina.

• Access attempts originating in Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania or other regions are blocked.
• Where the client needs access from outside the Americas — for example, a user travelling — this must be requested in advance through the official contact channels, indicating the country from which access is required.
• Enabling an exception is normally free of charge, but IA Technology Software LTDA reserves the right to charge for it depending on the scope and duration requested.

This restriction does not apply to the mobile application. Property buyers may download and use the GoSoft Realty application freely and at no cost from any country in the world, including outside the Americas.

8. Account holders and continuity

GoSoft Realty manages information supporting long-term operations, with payment plans extending over several years. To guarantee operational continuity in the event of the absence, incapacity or death of the person managing the account, the client must designate two account holders upon contracting.

• Primary holder: the person who administers the account and authorises changes.
• Substitute holder: an authorised contact designated by the client, whom IA Technology Software LTDA may recognise in order to provide continuity of access should the primary holder be unable to exercise it. They have no system access while the primary holder remains in office: the role is activated only upon evidence of the circumstance, by means of a death certificate, court order or equivalent official document.

Full name and identity document number are recorded for both. The designation and any subsequent change may only be requested by the primary holder or, where the client is a legal entity, by its legal representative.

Scope and limits of this designation. It is expressly clarified that:

• The designation of a substitute holder does not constitute a testamentary disposition and does not transfer ownership of the information. It is solely an operational continuity mechanism.
• Where the client is a legal entity, the information belongs to the company and representation is governed by its own articles of association, regardless of who is listed as holder.
• Should competing claims arise over access to an account, IA Technology Software LTDA will suspend access until the interested parties agree in writing or a competent authority resolves the matter, without any liability arising for the company.

9. Traceability and audit trail

Every record in the system retains three traceability marks, available to the client at all times:

• Creation: which user recorded it, and on what date and time.
• Last edit: which user last modified it, and when.
• Cancellation: which user cancelled it, and when.

The client has two audit views:

• A list of deleted payments by period, exportable to MS Excel, showing the user and the time of each deletion.
• A PDF audit document for each sales contract, reflecting authorship of the creation, last edit and cancellation of the contract, its payment plan, income entries and changes of holder.

Scope of the audit trail. The system records authorship and timing, not the detail of each movement. No version history or prior values are retained, and in the case of edits only the date and time of the last one is stored. Accordingly, the audit trail establishes who did what and when, but does not allow deleted information to be reconstructed or restored.

These marks form part of each record and are retained for as long as the record exists.

10. Licence, prices and payment methods

The GoSoft Realty licence is annual and paid in advance, for each real estate project incorporated into the system.

How it is calculated

• The price is determined exclusively by the number of properties registered in the project.
• There is no charge per user, per volume of use, per sales contract or per transaction.
• All registered properties count, whatever their status: available, reserved, sold, under a current contract or cancelled. Contract status does not change the licence price. Sold properties continue to be managed by the platform for years — payment plan, collections, arrears, receipts and transfers — which is why they continue to count.

Cycle per project

Each project has its own annual cycle, counted from its incorporation. If project A is enabled in January, it renews each January; if project B is added in April, it renews each April, independently of the first.

Properties added during the year. Where the client adds properties to an already enabled project, the difference is invoiced at the time they are added, pro rata for the time remaining until the next renewal. From that renewal onwards, the licence is calculated on the updated total.

Prices and quotations

• Current prices are published at gosoft.app, where the client can calculate and download a quotation based on the number of properties. Those prices form an integral part of these Terms.
• The price in force at the time of payment applies, or that of the quotation issued, within its validity period.
• Every quotation is valid for 30 calendar days from issue. After that period without payment, IA Technology Software LTDA may maintain it or render it void.
• The client may request a negotiation or discount through the contact channels indicated in the contact clause.
• A change in prices does not affect a licence already paid for: it takes effect only at the following renewal and is communicated at least 30 days before expiry.

Payment methods

All services are invoiced in United States dollars (USD), except for methods expressly stated in another currency. The client may choose from the following official methods:

• International bank transfer to the United States.
• Wise transfer in USD.
• USDT transfer (Binance).
• Western Union in USD.
• PayPal.
• PIX in Brazilian reais — Brazil only.
• Domestic bank transfer in Brazil (BRL).
• Cash payment — Santa Cruz, Bolivia only.

For security reasons, account numbers are not transcribed in this document: the valid and current source is always the link indicated.

Licences paid for are non-refundable, save by express written agreement between the parties.

11. Additional services

The following services are not included in the annual licence and are contracted and invoiced separately. Their current prices are provided through official channels or published at gosoft.app.

Email and WhatsApp notifications

These allow the real estate company to send automated communications to its buyers — arrears notices, confirmation of recorded payments and other notifications. They are contracted annually and quoted according to message volume or the number of contracts and properties in the project.

In respect of these communications, the client represents and warrants that it:

• Has sufficient legal basis to contact by those means the persons to whom the messages are addressed.
• Is solely responsible for the content of the messages, their wording and their frequency.
• Holds IA Technology Software LTDA harmless against any third-party claim arising from such communications.

Notifications within the mobile application are free of charge and do not form part of this service.

iOS application

The Android application is free of charge. Publishing an equivalent application for iOS is an additional service contracted annually, subject to Apple's review policies.

As required by Apple, the application is published from the client's own Apple Developer account, in its name and under its brand. The annual fee for that account is paid by the client directly to Apple. Should the client fail to keep its account current, Apple will remove the application, with no liability attributable to IA Technology Software LTDA.

Third-party integrations

Integrations with banks, tax authorities and external systems specific to each city or country. These are contracted annually and separately.

Their availability depends on third parties outside IA Technology Software LTDA. Modification, suspension or discontinuation of a service by the bank, authority or external provider does not constitute a breach by the company, which will use its best efforts to restore or replace the integration where possible.

Maps and satellite view

GoSoft Realty integrates mapping services to locate projects and their properties on a map:

• MapTiler, included at no cost. Its use is subject to the global limit contracted by IA Technology Software LTDA and shared among all platform clients.
• Google Maps, included at no cost on the same basis: subject to the global limit shared among all clients.
• Google Maps under the client's own licence, an additional service contracted annually and per project, enabling satellite view to locate properties without depending on the shared limit.

As these are services provided by third parties, their availability, usage limits and conditions may vary at those providers' discretion. Once the global limit is reached, the mapping service may be degraded or temporarily interrupted without this constituting a breach by IA Technology Software LTDA.

Integrated accounting

The integrated accounting module — chart of accounts, journal entries and ledgers — is contracted and invoiced separately from the licence.

Custom development

Any specific functionality requested by a client and not provided for in the product is treated as a separate development, under the following procedure:

1. A video call in which the client sets out the requirement.
2. IA Technology Software LTDA issues a quotation within 24 business hours, stating scope, price and estimated timeframe.
3. Once the quotation is accepted, the client pays 100% in advance.
4. The development is carried out within the estimated timeframe agreed. That timeframe is subject to the client providing the necessary information and decisions in good time.

Until the quotation is paid, development does not begin. The client pays for the execution of the development, not its ownership: the resulting functionality is incorporated into the product and all rights in it belong to IA Technology Software LTDA, in accordance with the intellectual property clause.

12. Updates and support

IA Technology Software LTDA guarantees technical support via WhatsApp and email during business days. The Company reserves the right to update the system according to the following policy:

• Functional updates with prior notice. When the change is relevant to the client's operation (new features, modified workflows, interface redesigns), the Company will give prior notice through the platform itself, by email or via the official YouTube channel.
• Security updates and bug fixes without prior notice. When the update is related to security, vulnerability patches, performance improvements or bug fixes, it will be applied immediately and without prior notice to all clients, in order to protect the integrity of the service.
• Global product roadmap. The evolution of the system follows the global improvement and technological advancement roadmap defined by IA Technology Software LTDA, and does not follow individual client requests. Suggestions are welcome and may be considered for future versions, but their inclusion is not guaranteed.
• Custom developments per client. Any specific customization, additional feature or particular adaptation requested by an individual client will be treated as a separate development, requires a written quote and must be accepted and paid in advance by the client before the customization work begins. Until the quote is paid, the work will not be carried out.
• Support available via WhatsApp and email during business days.
• Training and video tutorials available on the official YouTube channel.

13. GoSoft Realty mobile application

The GoSoft ecosystem includes the GoSoft Realty mobile application, available for free download on Google Play for Android devices.

The application is aimed at the property buyers of the companies using the platform, and allows them to consult their payment plan, outstanding instalments and receipts, and to download their history in PDF.

• The application is distributed at no cost, both to the GoSoft client and to buyers.
• Notifications within the application are free of charge. Email and WhatsApp notifications constitute an additional service.
• The information displayed by the application is that recorded and maintained by the real estate company. IA Technology Software LTDA neither generates nor verifies it.
• The buyer's commercial relationship is with the real estate company, not with IA Technology Software LTDA.
• Buyers' access to the application depends on the real estate company keeping its licence current. If the licence is not renewed, such access may be suspended, without this giving rise to any liability of IA Technology Software LTDA towards the buyers.

14. Google Drive integration

GoSoft Realty includes an optional feature to create and manage folders in the client's Google Drive, where the system automatically uploads contracts, payment plans and receipts generated by the system. This integration is strictly optional and requires the user's express authorization through the official Google OAuth 2.0 flow.

By authorizing the integration, the client grants GoSoft the following Google account scopes. GoSoft does not store the user's password; access is granted exclusively through OAuth tokens, revocable at any time.

The full description of the data processing is available in the Privacy Policy — Section 4.

What is stored in Google Drive and what is not

The system's structured data — sales, payment plans, receipts, accounts receivable and portfolio — resides in the GoSoft Realty database and is not stored in Google Drive.

Google Drive stores files: the PDF documents generated by the system and the attachments uploaded by the real estate company to supplement a contract. For example, a screenshot of a bank transfer received, an identity document, a signed and scanned contract, or photographs. When a contract is opened in GoSoft Realty, those attachments are displayed alongside it.

Scope of access

The only Drive permission requested by GoSoft is drive.file, the most restricted scope Google offers: it grants access only to the files the application itself creates or that the user opens with it. GoSoft cannot access the rest of the content of the client's Google Drive.

Ownership and custody

• The Google Drive account is the property of the real estate company and is governed by Google's terms.
• The content stored there, and the decision as to what is uploaded, are exclusively the client's. Custody and protection of that information are the responsibility of the account holder.
• GoSoft accesses it only with the permissions granted and for system operations. It does not retain copies of those files on its servers and does not back them up.
• GoSoft cannot recover files deleted by the client, nor those that become inaccessible if authorisation is revoked, the account is changed or available storage is exhausted.

15. Public visibility of project information

The client (GoSoft user) acknowledges and accepts that, as part of the platform's operation, certain information is displayed in publicly accessible areas of the system, without authentication:

• Public client map. A public world map (e.g., realty.gosoft.app/admin-sys-getproyectosmapa/...) displays the geographic location of GoSoft client companies and their real-estate projects, including the company's commercial name. This map is intended for commercial reference purposes and does not display sensitive data of end-customers.
• Public client portals. Each GoSoft client may optionally enable public pages within its own subdomain (e.g., cliente.gosoft.app) showing the catalog of available properties — including locations on a plan, prices, property numbers and descriptive characteristics. Sold or reserved properties may also be displayed in a different status. These pages do not reveal personal data of buyers (name, ID, contracts, payments).
• Public commercial documents. When the client generates individual links to PDF documents (sale proposals, payment plans), those links may be opened by anyone holding the URL. The client is responsible for managing and sharing such links.

GoSoft does not publicly disclose: full names of buyers, identification documents, signed contracts, payment history, telephone numbers or private email addresses of end-customers.

The client may at any time request that public visibility of a particular project or property be disabled, through the support channels listed in Section 12. Acceptance of these Terms implies acceptance of the public visibility regime described in this section, in accordance with the Privacy Policy — Section 7.

Public showcase of available properties

GoSoft maintains public spaces displaying the available properties of projects loaded onto the platform, in order to broaden its clients' commercial reach. Anyone may search projects by country or city, view available properties on the plan and access the real estate company's contact details in order to contact it directly. This information is accessible without authentication and may be indexed by search engines and artificial intelligence systems.

GoSoft informs; it does not commercialise

• IA Technology Software LTDA is not an intermediary, broker or party to any sale and purchase transaction.
• It receives no commission on transactions originating through this channel.
• It does not verify title, registration, legal status, condition or actual availability of the properties displayed. That information is uploaded and maintained by the real estate company.
• The information published may not be up to date in relation to the actual status of each property.
• The interested party contracts directly with the real estate company, which is solely responsible towards them for the transaction.

Under no circumstances are buyers' personal data displayed: names, identity documents, contracts or payments.

Activation and exclusion. The display of available properties is active by default as part of the service. A client who does not wish to take part may request exclusion at any time through the official contact channels, and it will be applied at no cost or penalty.

16. Product evolution: property marketplace

IA Technology Software LTDA is developing the evolution of the public showcase described in the previous clause into a regional property marketplace, a space where any interested party will be able to search for plots and properties by country and city and consult their area, price and the company marketing them.

The project is under development, alongside specialists in technology and in the real estate market, and is not yet in force. GoSoft Realty clients are expected to be able to participate in it, either free of charge or under a paid arrangement with additional features.

In respect of this development, it is expressly established that:

• The foregoing constitutes a statement of intent regarding the evolution of the product, not a contractual commitment. No launch date is committed.
• IA Technology Software LTDA reserves the right to define its scope, participation arrangements and prices, as well as to modify, postpone or not proceed with the project.
• No licence in force grants any vested right over the marketplace, over its being free of charge, or over any particular future conditions.
• Once the service is available, its conditions will be published at gosoft.app and communicated in accordance with the clause on modifications to these Terms.
• The display of each client's inventory within the marketplace will be governed by what is then established, on the same consent basis provided for the public showcase.

17. Intellectual property

All source code, interfaces, designs, logos and structures of the GoSoft Realty system are the exclusive property of IA Technology Software LTDA and are protected by the intellectual property laws in force in Brazil and by applicable international treaties.

The client acquires a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the system. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, distributing or sublicensing the software.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to access the source code.
• Using the system to develop competing products.
• Assigning or transferring the license to third parties without prior written authorization.

This clause also covers custom developments: the functionality resulting from a development requested and paid for by a client is incorporated into the product and all rights in it belong to IA Technology Software LTDA. The client acquires the right to use that functionality within its licence, on the same terms as the rest of the system.

18. Infrastructure, security and force majeure

Where the information is hosted

The information managed by GoSoft Realty is hosted in data centres operated by internationally recognised infrastructure providers, located in the United States, Brazil and Germany. Those providers include Google, Amazon Web Services and DigitalOcean.

For security reasons, this document does not detail technical configurations, architecture or the specific distribution of servers.

International transfer. As the company operates in several countries, the client's information may be stored and processed outside the country in which the client is located. By accepting these Terms, the client consents to such transfer, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

Applicable legal framework

IA Technology Software LTDA is a company incorporated in Brazil, with registered offices in São Paulo. Accordingly, the processing and retention of information are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), Law No. 13,709/2018, and fall within the competence of the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

This framework applies regardless of the country in which the client is located — Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia or any other — without prejudice to the rights that each client's local legislation may afford it.

Security measures

• Encryption of traffic between the client and the platform.
• Passwords stored using irreversible encryption: no one, including IA Technology Software LTDA, can read or recover them.
• Access control by user, module and business unit, administered by the client itself.
• Authorship traceability on every record, in accordance with the audit clause.

Acknowledgement of risk

IA Technology Software LTDA adopts reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information. Nevertheless, no computer system in the world is invulnerable, and the client acknowledges and accepts that provision of the service is subject to risks that no company can entirely eliminate.

Interruptions and maintenance

Service availability depends on third-party infrastructure and on global internet connectivity. As with any online service in the world, temporary interruptions may occur due to server failures, connectivity provider failures or maintenance work.

• During an interruption, access to the system may be unavailable. Once service is restored, the platform operates normally and the recorded information remains intact.
• IA Technology Software LTDA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and does not commit to any particular service level (SLA).
• Interruptions do not give rise to compensation, credits, discounts, allowances or refunds of any kind, nor to an extension of the licence period.
• IA Technology Software LTDA is not liable for losses that temporary unavailability may cause to the operations of the client or of third parties.

The foregoing does not diminish the company's commitment to restore service as promptly as possible and to keep the platform in the best operating condition.

Force majeure

IA Technology Software LTDA shall not be liable for interruption, degradation, loss or unavailability of the service or of information where it is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters: earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, fires, hurricanes or volcanic eruptions.
• Wars, armed conflict between countries, acts of terrorism, civil unrest or general strikes.
• Cyberattacks, ransomware, propagation of malicious software originating with third parties, or intrusions targeting its own infrastructure or that of its providers.
• Power outages, connectivity failures, failures of infrastructure providers, telecommunications operators or integrated third-party services.
• Government decisions, regulatory changes, international sanctions, embargoes, blockades or court orders preventing provision of the service.
• Pandemics, public health emergencies and restrictions arising from them.
• And any other unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond our reasonable control. Put another way: should zombies or UFOs ever pay us a visit, we will do everything possible to keep the system online, but we cannot commit to it in writing.

In the event of any of these occurrences, IA Technology Software LTDA will use its reasonable best efforts to restore the service promptly and to inform the client of the situation.

19. Limitation of liability

GoSoft Realty shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the system.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures or events beyond our control.
• Errors caused by improper use of the system by the client or its users.
• Data loss caused by client actions, including accidental deletions.

Distinction between content and operation

The accuracy of the information recorded in the system is the exclusive responsibility of the real estate company and its users, who record, edit and cancel it in accordance with their own operating procedures. IA Technology Software LTDA does not record sales, payments, payment plans or clients on the client's behalf.

The foregoing does not release IA Technology Software LTDA from its responsibility for the correct operation of the software, within the limits established in this clause.

20. Suspension, termination and retention of information

Suspension for non-payment

Where the licence expires without renewal and the client has not responded through the contact channels, after 15 calendar days the system automatically limits operation of the affected project.

• The limitation applies to sales operations: reservations and new sales cannot be recorded.
• The client retains access to its information: it may consult its portfolio, contracts and reports.
• The limitation applies per business unit, affecting the project whose licence expired and not the others.
• Once payment is recorded, unblocking is immediate.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship upon 15 days' prior notice. In the event of a breach of these Terms, IA Technology Software LTDA may suspend access immediately, without refund of payments already made.

Retention of information

• Information is not deleted upon expiry or cancellation of the licence.
• It is retained for a period of at least 12 months from the last payment.
• Within that period, the client may reactivate access by paying for one month in order to consult its information. After that month access is limited again, and the retention period runs afresh from that payment.
• After 12 months, the information may be permanently deleted and reactivation is no longer guaranteed.
• The client may request export of its information within 30 days following termination.

Deletion of information during the relationship

During the term of the relationship, IA Technology Software LTDA does not modify, edit or delete the client's information. Only staff authorised by the client do so, from the system and with the permissions the client itself has assigned.

Deletion carried out by the client is final and irreversible: the system retains a record of who deleted and when, but not the deleted content, so it cannot be restored.

The only exception is permanent deletion upon closure of the account, once the retention period established in this clause has elapsed.

21. Languages and versions of this document

The platform. GoSoft Realty is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and operates correctly in all three languages. Certain features, formats, documents and integrations respond to requirements specific to each country or language, and therefore may not be available or may behave differently in the others.

This document. These Terms and Conditions are published in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The three versions are substantially identical in content. In the event of discrepancy between them, the Portuguese version shall prevail, as it corresponds to the language of the legislation and forum applicable under the jurisdiction clause.

22. Modifications to these Terms

IA Technology Software LTDA reserves the right to modify, update or supplement these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Frequently Asked Questions document, in order to align them with the evolution of the product, with new service arrangements or with regulatory changes.

• These documents are reviewed periodically, typically every six to twelve months.
• The version in force is always the one published at gosoft.app, stating its effective date and date of last update in the header.
• Where a modification is substantial, it will be communicated to the client through the official contact channels or by notice within the platform.
• Continued use of the system after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of it. Should the client disagree with the changes, it may terminate the relationship in accordance with the termination clause.
• Modifications do not alter the price or conditions of a licence already paid for, which is governed by what was agreed at the time of payment.

23. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, the registered office of the Company.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any conflict amicably before resorting to judicial proceedings.
