1. Company information

GoSoft Realty is a SaaS software developed and operated by IA Technology Software LTDA, a legal entity registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service:

2. Service definition

GoSoft Realty is a cloud-based software platform aimed at companies in the real-estate sector, specialized in managing sales of land lots, subdivisions, cemeteries and real-estate developments.

The system offers, among others, the following features:

• Reservations and quotations on an interactive dynamic plan.
• Automated generation of PDF sale contracts.
• Configurable payment plans, with or without interest.
• Recording of receipts and payments.
• Accounts-receivable management and automatic late-fee calculation.
• Calculation of commissions for salespeople and promoters.
• Management reports exportable to MS Excel.
• Optional integration with Google Drive for storage of contractual documents (Section 5).

3. Conditions of use

Access to and use of the system require compliance with the following conditions:

• Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy.
• Active annual license contracted with IA Technology Software LTDA.
• Truthful and up-to-date data provided by the client at the time of registration and throughout the contract.

Access to the system is subject to internal validations and may be suspended without prior notice in case of misuse, breach of these terms or non-payment of the active license.

The client is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all actions performed under their account.

4. Plans and payment methods

All GoSoft Realty services are billed exclusively in U.S. dollars (USD). The client may choose among the following official payment methods:

1. International bank transfer to the U.S.
2. Wise transfer in USD.
3. Transfer in USDT (Binance).
4. Western Union transfer in USD.
5. PayPal payment.
6. PIX in Brazilian reais — Brazil only.
7. National bank transfer in Brazil (BRL).
8. Cash payment — Santa Cruz, Bolivia only.

Up-to-date bank account details and payment data are available in the official document sent to the client and published on our website.

5. Google Drive integration

GoSoft Realty includes an optional feature to create and manage folders in the client's Google Drive, where the system automatically uploads contracts, payment plans and receipts generated by the system. This integration is strictly optional and requires the user's express authorization through the official Google OAuth 2.0 flow.

By authorizing the integration, the client grants GoSoft the following Google account scopes. GoSoft does not store the user's password; access is granted exclusively through OAuth tokens, revocable at any time.

6. Public visibility of project information

The client (GoSoft user) acknowledges and accepts that, as part of the platform's operation, certain information is displayed in publicly accessible areas of the system, without authentication:

• Public client map. A public world map (e.g., realty.gosoft.app/admin-sys-getproyectosmapa/...) displays the geographic location of GoSoft client companies and their real-estate projects, including the company's commercial name. This map is intended for commercial reference purposes and does not display sensitive data of end-customers.
• Public client portals. Each GoSoft client may optionally enable public pages within its own subdomain (e.g., cliente.gosoft.app) showing the catalog of available properties — including locations on a plan, prices, property numbers and descriptive characteristics. Sold or reserved properties may also be displayed in a different status. These pages do not reveal personal data of buyers (name, ID, contracts, payments).
• Public commercial documents. When the client generates individual links to PDF documents (sale proposals, payment plans), those links may be opened by anyone holding the URL. The client is responsible for managing and sharing such links.

GoSoft does not publicly disclose: full names of buyers, identification documents, signed contracts, payment history, telephone numbers or private email addresses of end-customers.

The client may at any time request that public visibility of a particular project or property be disabled, through the support channels listed in Section 12. Acceptance of these Terms implies acceptance of the public visibility regime described in this section, in accordance with the Privacy Policy — Section 7.

7. Updates and support

IA Technology Software LTDA guarantees technical support via WhatsApp and email during business days. The Company reserves the right to update the system according to the following policy:

• Functional updates with prior notice. When the change is relevant to the client's operation (new features, modified workflows, interface redesigns), the Company will give prior notice through the platform itself, by email or via the official YouTube channel.
• Security updates and bug fixes without prior notice. When the update is related to security, vulnerability patches, performance improvements or bug fixes, it will be applied immediately and without prior notice to all clients, in order to protect the integrity of the service.
• Global product roadmap. The evolution of the system follows the global improvement and technological advancement roadmap defined by IA Technology Software LTDA, and does not follow individual client requests. Suggestions are welcome and may be considered for future versions, but their inclusion is not guaranteed.
• Custom developments per client. Any specific customization, additional feature or particular adaptation requested by an individual client will be treated as a separate development, requires a written quote and must be accepted and paid in advance by the client before the customization work begins. Until the quote is paid, the work will not be carried out.
• Support available via WhatsApp and email during business days.
• Training and video tutorials available on the official YouTube channel.

8. Intellectual property

All source code, interfaces, designs, logos and structures of the GoSoft Realty system are the exclusive property of IA Technology Software LTDA and are protected by the intellectual property laws in force in Brazil and by applicable international treaties.

The client acquires a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the system. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, distributing or sublicensing the software.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to access the source code.
• Using the system to develop competing products.
• Assigning or transferring the license to third parties without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of liability

GoSoft Realty shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the system.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures or events beyond our control.
• Errors caused by improper use of the system by the client or its users.
• Data loss caused by client actions, including accidental deletions.

10. Termination of service

The contract may be terminated by either party with 15 days' prior notice.

In case of breach of these terms, IA Technology Software LTDA reserves the right to suspend access immediately with no refund of payments already made.

Upon termination, the client may request the export of their data within 30 days after the termination date. After that period, the data may be permanently deleted.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, the registered office of the Company.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any conflict amicably before resorting to judicial proceedings.
